Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of dapos.app and the Dapos mobile app, provided by Dapos LLC, 4500 Satellite Boulevard, Suite 2130, Duluth, GA 30096, United States (“Dapos”, “we”, “us”). By using them, you agree to these terms. The app may present additional terms when you open an account; those terms will also apply.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, able to form a binding contract, and located where Dapos makes its services available. Availability may vary by state. You must pass our identity checks before you can buy or sell.
Your account
Give us accurate information and keep it up to date. Keep your sign-in details and device secure, and tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Crypto assets and risk
Crypto asset prices can move sharply and you can lose some or all of your money. Crypto assets are not FDIC- or SIPC-insured. Transactions on a blockchain usually cannot be reversed. Please read our Risk Disclosure.
No advice
Nothing on dapos.app or in the app is investment, legal or tax advice. You decide what to buy or sell.
Acceptable use
Do not use Dapos for anything unlawful, including money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud or sanctions evasion, and do not try to interfere with or gain unauthorised access to our systems. We may restrict, suspend or close accounts where the law requires it or where we see a risk of misuse.
Fees
Any fees are shown in the app before you confirm a transaction.
Intellectual property
The Dapos name, logo, website and app belong to Dapos LLC. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Dapos is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by market movements, events outside our reasonable control, or your failure to keep your account secure. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use Dapos after a change means you accept the updated terms.
